Prof. (Dr.) Narendra Kishore Mishra is an alumnus of historic Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, where he did his Graduation as well as Post-Graduation in Commerce. Furthermore, he has specialized in Company Accounts and Direct Taxes. The said historic college became a state University and thereafter Dr.Mishra completed his Ph.D in Management from the said Ravenshaw University in the year 2006.Apart from being an eminent and distinguished academician, having a teaching experience of more than two decades, he is a good administrator too. He has huge experience and practice in finalisation of accounts,audit and the consultancy services of many organisations in private and public sectors. Dr.Mishra is profoundly intellectual, immensely resourceful and is a guest faculty in several reputed Universities of Odisha namely,Ravenshaw,KIIT,SOA,Sri Sri University etc in his core subjects like Accountancy and Corporate Planning.

Dr. jena is a senior academic and industry-integrated scholar with over 25 years of experience spanning higher education, research, and large-scale global enterprise systems implementation. His expertise lies at the intersection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), digital transformation, managerial economics, innovation management, and international business strategy. He has successfully bridged academic theory with real-world practice through teaching, doctoral research, publications, and leadership of multinational ERP and digital transformation programs across the USA, India, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Allahabad, with research focused on product planning and innovation in the Indian market, and has completed faculty development at IIM Ahmedabad. As an academic, he has served as Associate Professor at Utkal University and visiting faculty at leading management institutes, teaching ERP systems, managerial economics, innovation strategy, international business, and global supply chain integration.
Parallel to academia, he has held senior leadership and advisory roles with Infosys, IBM, National Systems America, HCL Technologies, TCS, and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, leading full-cycle SAP implementations and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives for global corporations. His work emphasizes technology-enabled strategy, innovation-led growth, and industry–academia collaboration.

Mr.Bipul Kumar is currently working as Dean at Global Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has done his Masters in History from Patna University, Bihar and Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He is currently continuing his Ph.D. in the area of Human Resource Management at Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar. He is having 17+ years of experience in Academics and 2 years of experience in Industry. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Finance. He has completed MBA with Finance & Marketing specialization from I.M.I.T. (Government Institute) Cuttack and Master of Commerce (M.Com) from OSOU, Sambalpur. He is pursuing his Ph.D from Sri Sri University,Cuttack. MR. P. Lakshmi Sai Ram (Assistant Professor)

P. Lakshmi Sai Ram is an Assistant Professor at the Global Institute of Management, with a strong academic background and professional experience spanning business management, sales and marketing, agribusiness, customer relationship management, and operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Business Management from Utkal University, along with postgraduate qualifications in Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Conestoga College, Canada, and Project Management from Canadore College, Canada. He also holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective that connects business management with the agricultural and rural economy.

Prior to entering academia, he gained diverse industry experience with organizations including Syngenta, Sinochem, Amazon, and Sales Lab Canada, where he developed expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, business research, demand generation, stakeholder management, data analysis, and operational processes. During his tenure in territory sales, he contributed to significant improvements in revenue, product adoption, and customer engagement, and was recognized as the Best Sales Manager Trainee at Sinochem. His international academic and professional exposure in Canada further strengthened his understanding of contemporary business practices, cross-cultural communication, technology-enabled business processes, and data-driven decision-making.

As an educator, his teaching philosophy focuses on connecting theory with practical business situations and helping students understand how management concepts are applied in real organizations. MR. DURGA SANKAR PATTANAIK (Assistant Professor)

Mr. Durga Sankar Pattanaik is a faculty member in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management, with strong industry exposure in SAP Materials Management (MM). He brings practical, hands-on experience from real-time SAP implementations in manufacturing environments, bridging classroom instruction with industry-relevant applications.
He has worked as an SAP MM Consultant and SAP End User, gaining in-depth understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, inventory and vendor management, invoice verification, and goods movement. His expertise includes SAP MM configuration, master data management, integration with FI and SD modules, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. He has contributed to live projects for large industrial clients such as Jaganath Steel Plant, ensuring effective system adoption and operational efficiency.
As a faculty member, Mr. Pattanaik emphasizes application-oriented teaching, practical demonstrations, and case-based learning to prepare students for industry expectations.
