(Dr.) Subrat Kumar Parida is a distinguished professional with a rich tapestry of 28 years of diverse expertise, encompassing a multifaceted journey through academia and the consultancy and infrastructure industry. Armed with an impressive academic background of MCM, MBA, and a Ph.D., his illustrious career spans 18 years in academia, where he ascended from Assistant Professor, Associate Professor to Dean and Principal in esteemed institutions both in India and abroad.
With a profound commitment to excellence, Dr. Parida has accumulated over a decade of impactful experience as a Project Manager in renowned organizations such as TCS and ARKITECHNO Consultants. His contributions have left an indelible mark on numerous flagship projects, including the NCRMP, Namami Gange, Bharat Mala, RWSS, AIWTDP, and KSTP.
His professional prowess extends to collaborations with esteemed entities like NHAI, IWAI, Smart City Corporation of India, NDMA, among others. Driven by a passion for Decision Science and Programming, he proficiently utilizes languages such as C, C++, Java, along with expertise in Data Structures and Database Management System.

Prof. (Dr.) Narendra Kishore Mishra is an alumnus of historic Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, where he did his Graduation as well as Post-Graduation in Commerce. Furthermore, he has specialized in Company Accounts and Direct Taxes. The said historic college became a state University and thereafter Dr.Mishra completed his Ph.D in Management from the said Ravenshaw University in the year 2006.Apart from being an eminent and distinguished academician, having a teaching experience of more than two decades, he is a good administrator too. He has huge experience and practice in finalisation of accounts,audit and the consultancy services of many organisations in private and public sectors. Dr.Mishra is profoundly intellectual, immensely resourceful and is a guest faculty in several reputed Universities of Odisha namely,Ravenshaw,KIIT,SOA,Sri Sri University etc in his core subjects like Accountancy and Corporate Planning.

Dr. jena is a senior academic and industry-integrated scholar with over 25 years of experience spanning higher education, research, and large-scale global enterprise systems implementation. His expertise lies at the intersection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), digital transformation, managerial economics, innovation management, and international business strategy. He has successfully bridged academic theory with real-world practice through teaching, doctoral research, publications, and leadership of multinational ERP and digital transformation programs across the USA, India, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Allahabad, with research focused on product planning and innovation in the Indian market, and has completed faculty development at IIM Ahmedabad. As an academic, he has served as Associate Professor at Utkal University and visiting faculty at leading management institutes, teaching ERP systems, managerial economics, innovation strategy, international business, and global supply chain integration.

Dr. Antarjyami Sahu(Assistant Professor)

Dr. Antarjyami Sahu is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Global Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He earned his Ph.D. in Commerce from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, as a full-time research scholar, where he also taught courses in accounting
and finance for four years. His doctoral research and subsequent academic work centre on sustainable finance, particularly emphasizing the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors for improving Financial Performance. Dr. Sahu’s research focuses on exploring how ESG considerations influence corporate financial performance, investment strategies, and sustainability. His work contributes to the expanding field of sustainable finance by proposing analytical frameworks that connect responsible investment practices with value-driven management. At the GIM, he actively teaches core and elective finance papers to MBA students. Through his teaching, he aims to equip students with a robust understanding of contemporary financial practices and the application of sustainable principles in business decision-making. Mr. Durga Sankar Pattanaik is a faculty member in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management, with strong industry exposure in SAP Materials Management (MM). He brings practical, hands-on experience from real-time SAP implementations in manufacturing environments, bridging classroom instruction with industry-relevant applications.
He has worked as an SAP MM Consultant and SAP End User, gaining in-depth understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, inventory and vendor management, invoice verification, and goods movement.
