Mr.Bipul Kumar is currently working as Dean at Global Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has done his Masters in History from Patna University, Bihar and Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He is currently continuing his Ph.D. in the area of Human Resource Management at Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Finance. He is a Commerce & Finance Post Graduate with 17+ Years Academic experience in Mentoring Post Graduation students and possesses 5 years of Corporate experience in Financial Consulting & Broking Firm. He has a proven expertise in his domain and owns a concrete understanding of financial industry dealing with products like Equity, Mutual Fund, Financial derivative, Commodity Market, Insurance, Fixed Income Securities etc. His areas of expertise include teaching Financial Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management & Business Law. He is having keen research interest in areas of Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Portfolio Management Services. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Finance. He has completed MBA with Finance & Marketing specialization from I.M.I.T. (Government Institute) Cuttack and Master of Commerce (M.Com) from OSOU, Sambalpur. He is pursuing his Ph.D from Sri Sri University,Cuttack. He teaches subjects like Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Project Appraisal, Insurance & Risk Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, and Strategic Financial Management. Previously he has served as Vice Principal at Suddhananda School of Management; Computer Science, Bhubaneswar for more than 12 years and Lecturer in Finance at Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar for more than 3 years. He has teaching experience of more than 18 years. He has also presented many papers in National / International Conferences and Seminars.

Dr Tulika has a teaching experience that spans nearly 18 years. Passionate about her work, she sets realistic goals and displays professionalism in her undertakings. She received the Award for the Best Teacher for her outstanding contribution in her previous institution. Her research interests are in Human Resource Management and behavioral science. Her work has been published in several national Journals. Her areas of expertise are HRM and OB. Her placid and sagacious nature enables students to approach her wholeheartedly.She has several patents and copy rights to her credit.

She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Marketing. She is highly competent, responsible and innovative, possessing an impressive academic record to her credit. She has completed her MBA from the Department of Business Administration, Utkal University.She has received her Ph.D (Business Administration) on “Influence of Sub- Cultural Factors on Buying Decision-Making: A Study of Selected Retail Malls in Odisha” from Department of Business Administration, Utkal University. She holds more than 6 years of experience in teaching. Her teaching and research interest includes the areas of retail marketing, consumer behaviour, product and branding management etc. She has worked with well-known management colleges of Bhubaneswar and has received massive recognition for her contribution towards academics as well as extra-curricular activities of the institutions.
